PARC MARIE-VICTORIN PANIQUE BOTANIQUE
Ottomata has created an immersive game punctuating the youth experience Panique Botanique that’s part of the Mystérieures Carnivores exhibit at Parc Marie-Victorin in Kingey Falls. The game features a carnivorous plant trying to escape from its crate and whose vines are deployed on the floor. The players are invited to jump on the moving vines’ leaves in order to encourage the plant to go back into its crate.
Based on our in-house motion tracking solution, this architectural projection game transports the audience into an organic looking experience generated from rules of simulation of plant growth. A smart pacing of the game is set depending on the amount of players in order to offer an experience that suits various group sizes.
